Dear Parents,

Covid: Many thanks for all your co-operation on all matters Covid. Please refer back to the two emails I sent last week regarding Covid, should you have any questions or queries.
Enrolment: The school is now accepting applications for enrolment for the 2022/23 school year. Should you know people who wish to enroll their children, tell them to email the school at seirkieransns@gmail.com with all relevant details and we will get back to them.
Hurling/Camogie: This will resume this Wednesday the 12th. For Wednesday all children require are their hurleys and helmets. Class teachers will let children know when or if they require further gear on Wednesdays which follow.
Tag Rugby: This will commence for all classes on Thursday the 13th and run for a 6 week block up to the February mid-term. Children just require to be in their school tracksuits each Thursday up to the February mid-term.
Santa’s Visit: Míle buíochas to our Parents Association who organised Santa’s visit on the last day of last term. Your efforts are much appreciated by all.
Confirmation/First Holy Communion: The dates for Confirmation and First Holy Communion for this year will be confirmed by the end of this month.
Family Mass: January’s family mass will take place on Saturday the 22nd of January at 7.30pm. All families are welcome to attend but in particular those who are celebrating the sacraments of Confirmation and First Holy Communion. Fr. Reddan likes to involve the children as much as he can, so if you stick a note in your child’s homework journal to indicate whether he/she will be attending, this would greatly help in assigning various roles.
